Before You Apply
“Is this too expensive?”
If you're asking that, you're not ready for us. This is an investment in accountability, execution, and results. Cheap is for people who never finish what they start.“Can I back out if life gets in the way?”
No. Life will get in the way. That's the point. We don't babysit quitters, but we will drag you through the fire if you show up.“What if I don't have time?”
You have time — you're just wasting it. We'll force you to cut the fluff and focus on what actually moves the needle.“What if I fail?”
Failure only happens when you quit. If you keep showing up, you'll get results. If you want a guarantee of success without effort, go buy a self-help book instead.“Do I need to be in shape / an athlete / experienced?”
No. You just need the guts to commit. We'll meet you where you are, then push you past where you thought you could go.
Programs & Process
“What's the difference between Individual, Squad, and 1:1?”
Individual. You versus yourself. Apply, commit, and prove you belong.
Squad. 4–6 people holding each other accountable, with one of our founders watching.
1:1. No hiding. Pure intensity. You get a founder in your ear, breaking down your excuses in real time.
“Do you accept everyone?”
Absolutely not. You apply, we decide. If you're not serious, you won't get in.“Why do you require a waiver?”
Because accountability hurts. We'll push you harder than you'd ever push yourself. If you're not ready to sign on the line and accept that, this isn't for you.“What results can I expect?”
Results vary — but here's the truth: if you show up, do the work, and don't quit, you'll transform. If you don't, nothing changes. That's on you.
Inside the Group
“Can I switch plans later?”
Not until you've proven you can handle the one you're in. Earn the right to level up.“Why is this so intense?”
Because soft doesn't work. You've tried soft. That's why you're here.“What makes you different from other programs?”
We don't coddle you. We don't sell dreams. We don't sugarcoat. We call you out, hold you accountable, and push you to get shit done. That's the difference.“Can I hide in the group and just coast?”
No chance. We'll see you, your group will see you, and you'll be called out if you're slacking. That's accountability.“What if I get overwhelmed?”
Good. That means you're growing. We'll help you push through, not pull back.
Commitment & Payments
“How long do I have to commit?”
Individual. 3 months minimum.
Squad. Runs as a cohort.
1:1. Until you can't handle it anymore (and you'll probably want more).
“How do payments work?”
We run on a pre-pay model. First 3 months are billed up front. After that, you're billed on the 1st of each month.“What happens if I don't use the program?”
That's on you. This is a use it or lose it model. We'll hold you accountable, but if you ghost, your money still gets charged. Commitment means commitment.“What payment methods do you take?”
We accept e-transfer, ACH and credit card (powered by Stripe). Simple, secure, no excuses.“Is it refundable?”
No. Zero refunds. If you're even thinking about refunds, you're not ready for this.“Can I cancel?”
Yes — anytime after your 3-month minimum. But you need to send notice before the next billing cycle. Cancel doesn't mean a refund or prorated payment.“Why 3 months upfront?”
Because change doesn't happen in 30 days. We demand a real commitment. You can't half-ass this — and we don't want people who try.“What if my credit card fails?”
Then you're out. No access, no exceptions. If you can't handle payment, you can't handle this program.“Do you offer discounts?”
Only one: the Squad package (4–6 people, 20% off). Outside of that, no. Don't ask.“Why is this expensive?”
Because it works. You're not paying for theory. You're paying for accountability, execution, and results. Babysitters cost more when they actually keep you in line.
